Does the cold weather bother them?

I'm often asked whether the cold weather bothers our Ethiopian girls. Well, it's 18 degrees outside today, and here they are! I guess the answer is no...

I actually think that Ava likes it better when it's cold....she is so hot-blooded! Hey, how's your foot?

That's great that they aren't bothered by the cold. That is the only complaint that Faven has about school! She doesn't like recess because her face gets cold!

Is this their first snow?

Kids are good at that aren't they. What happens to us as we get older that turns us into cold weather wimps!
They look like they are having a blast!

I think their skin is thicker than ours.(ha) Plus, just the chance to play...It could be raining or a blizzard and I think they would still want to go outside for a while. Not me....Brrrrrrrr.....
