Yard Spelling

There are so many great things about homeschooling. Spelling in the front yard on a beautiful, sunny day is just one of many! I'm so grateful that my kids have the opportunity to learn this way.

Hey, great idea! My 8 year old is bored to tears by spelling (but she stinks at it) and she would probably enjoy this. We don't have the HWOT letters though. Maybe I could make some big ones out of cardstock? If we had a sidewalk or paved driveway some chalk might be fun...

I was so inspired by this! Sometimes, I get so overwhelmed and shut down, put in a movie....
I used to love doing these kinds of things with the kids! Time to start again!!!!!
